Hey Torey,This thread is fun already as I'm from Ventura County originally, lived in Tahoe for a couple years around 2007-2009, moved to Scottsdale and lived there 2009-2015, and now live part time in Walnut Creek (way too expensive).

I checked out some recently sold properties in Ventura County on Zillow and I noticed that there are still bargains out there in SoCal. 

NO lie 14 questions it was more like a drivers test I aced that one  LOL.

Sales and prices climbed in all six Southland counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura.

There are some areas in Oxnard and Ventura that are at a lower price point, so you may be able to find something there.

Wouldn't it be smarter if you spent less time sifting through all the garbage properties in your email because you have 3 solid ace superstar wholesalers from different companies who pump out 30 quality deals a month each and you know you can get your hands on as many as your bank account can handle?

Looking to wholesale, anyone know of any friendly title companies in the LA or Ventura area.
