We have done well overall and need to adapt our investing strategies to the changing market.

So I'm wondering:  What pressing, unmet need is out there for those of you who are big time into real estate investing?  

Then it's a business decision of how to adapt.

This is a really bad reason not to adapt to change.

Correct, and also I've gone through a handful of contractors, sometimes they change, for better or worse, you just have to keep adapting. 

They come with an adapter to attach a headboard.

Focus on your personal financial situation and risk profile, you never need to adapt then.

Before you hire a real estate coach, make they are able to adapt to your unique needs and your approach to the working relationship.

There is a plethera of investments (real estate, notes, private placements, etc), there are multiple tax saving strategies(IRAs/401ks, 1031 exchanges, life insurance policies, businesses, etc) spend your time on your plan it pays off in the long & short run then adjust/adapt the plan as conditions change.
