Alternatively, a DP-1 offers Basic form, which would leave the property open to many uncovered claims.That being said, if you have some older properties, it may be more of a challenge to find affordable Special form policies....but by no means impossible.

I don't give away hard earned/uncovered profits on deals just because someone shows up with a check, and I highly advise others reading this to adopt the same philosophy.

In my experience if it is not your actual home and if you faked anything to obtain your permit, they will uncover it and get it revoked.

Other not so nice ones as described previously more in the heart of the city on the west side.
