@Brian Mitchell IDK man, pot is pretty strong these days and the plant can have a pungent smell.

Is the lot all dirt or is there plants preventing erosion?

To my mind, it's not impossible that that industry could leave California, much like the textile industry leaving NC or steel leaving the rust belt. ya don't know that would be something though to see apples multi billion dollar facility looking like some of the big auto plants in Detroit that are right out of a horror movie  LOL.. or google or facebook.. etc.. but who knows.I was just commenting on equity share and how this is not a new thing and It probably started like I said in earnest in the bay area and maybe LA.. since prices there were 5 to 10X higher than almost anywhere else in the country during the late to mid 80s and beyond.

Hi Laura,I personally prefer to live in house with no trees blocking it's view from the front yard, but a lot of people (as you can see from the posts) like trees in the yard (some like the house almost totally obfuscated and will plant even more).So if it were mine, I'd leave the trees for that reason, and just darken the shutters to a dark chocolate color, leave the paint as is (if it's in average condition), leave the fake well because it seems to match the structure and not detract from it (if new owners don't like it they can remove it easily) and take the shrubs down to foundation height to make the house look bigger.But if I were living there myself, those trees would be firewood for that fireplace (something your Realtor could point out to prospective buyers).

So do not spray close to drip zone of plants you want to keep.

Also Mazda is opening a plant right next to Harvest.I do not the know the New Market market very well.

You just need to understand what your buying, do great due diligence, have a plan incase the lagoon fails (new lagoons, convert to package plant, hook up to city).

Often its ranger lead hikes, or volunteer trail repair, sometime they have a native plant sale.
