Can anyone suggest a reliable PM for the Reno / Sparks area?

I have stumbled across a weird niche market that has sparked my interest and wanted to hear feedback and comments. 

The program sparked my interest and i started doing my research and i landed on your site, needless to say i am thankful i did. i have learned more in the first day of pillaging your website than i have the whole time ive been reasherching this topic.

Delitha Gail Sparks, a person not licensed under Ohio Revised Code 4735, Cleveland, Ohio, was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,499,000.00 for committing between the period of August 23, 2010 until on or about March 17, 2011, 149 violations of 4735.02 by renting, or leasing or negotiating the rental or lease of the subject property; offering, attempting, or agreeing to negotiate the rental or leasing of the subject property; managing or offering, or attempting to operate or manage the subject property; and/or holding herself out as engaged in the selling, exchanging, purchasing, renting, or leasing of real estate for another, for a fee, commission, or other valuable compensation or the expectation of a fee, commission, or other compensation.

And yes my post was intended to spark some spirited discussion which it appears it has. 

Some newbies with no experience spark wonderful conversations.The great thing about BP is diversity of input in the forums.

I feel a new base line was being set for the economy, even now the economy and Stock market is not much lower than when Trump was elected, I feel the cabin fever will spark a huge spike in the economy and businesses and tapper off. 

Assuming their are no zoning issues, @Oliver Sparks, and be darn sure to research this, I see two potential downsides:If you only rent out to the MFR tenants, you have a very small pool of customers.
