I am currently an Asset Manager for Multifamily Deals as my W-2 job and looking to buying my first deal in College Station/Bryan Area.Anyone I can connect with to pick their brain on different investing strategies? 

They are offering to buy my rental...seems as though they will 3rd party sell it immediately, likely to a fix and flipper.

I've lost friends and family to substance abuse so it seemed like an opportunity to do some good and make money in the process.I negotiated a sweet deal, and was prepared to buy it myself, but a few of my clients expressed interest and I ended up helping two of them form a partnership.

The biggest opportunity in Austin, Texas is buying significantly under market value.

Interest on a loan used to buy or improve a rental property is ALWAYS deductible against that rental property.

Selling and buying something else you want keep and doing a cost seg in would help with the tax burden probably better in this situation.
