Since I just purchased my first (a 4 unit building) only 1 year ago through a traditional bank loan I am looking for other financing avenues on this one as to avoid the red tape and possible decline from the bank.

Additionally the root systems of these large trees can damage the main water lines to the street, pop up sidewalks near the building, and crack the foundation of the building itself.A regular inspector is not going to do the plumbing.

Looks like hot and cold (blue and red valve knobs on the left side of the manifold.)Can't see it clearly but it the other one may be a pressure guage on a valve.

I asked both of them how much they charge (which is the same) and the realtor that flips gave us a descriptive detail on why, while the other did not (raised a red flag to me) Now they both are assuming that we are going to use them...
