I confronted the salesman about the difference and he said that in Florida it was not difficult to pierce the vail to get the assets, and that Nevada was the only state that had this protection.

This will create what is known as piercing the veil and your LLC protection will be lost.

Any attorney can pierce your LLC if you deed it over to an LLC after you buy with your personal name.

Any lawyer can pierce an LLC and sue you.
