I needed to caulk, trim paint and the biggest thing was pressure washing the rear deck because the previous tenant had potted plants on it for 4 years... a bit of a pain because it's a very humid environment down here so wood rot is prevalent.

Any time two or more fixtures are being used at the same time the water in one becomes non existence immediately.Each side of the duplex has its own full bathroom, water heater and kitchen sink.The duplex is on a concrete slab.I cannot find the shutoff valve (except for the city shutoff valve) or the prv (I'm assuming there's not one).The water supply line is 3/4 and cutting a hole in the wall I discovered the lines feeding the fixtures are 1/2.City has came out everything is good on their end and they place a pressure gauge on external tap and said its lowI checked faucet aeratorsthe 3/4 main supply is cpvc and everything else is copperThe water bill is not high so I assume there are no leaksA plumber is suggest converting the lines that are 1/2 to 3/4 until it gets to the fixture.

If there is an issue with steps, fix them.Steps that are not slippery when wet, and handrails on each side that can withstand 300 lbs of side pressure is the minimum.Not sure what I mean?

Instead of "go to school and flounder for a bit until you figure it out" because for me it was emotionally exhausting knowing that I was spending money I didn't have to work towards a goal a didn't have yet and there is a real amount of pressure to figure it out ASAP.I guess the best way to skip to my point is to say this...
