Not disclosing the remediation to a potential buyer is morally wrong in my opinion and if that's not good enough for someone to do the right thing consider not disclosing the remediation opens you up to potential legal issues in the future for not disclosing a known issue.If someone does not have a history of mold illness they should be just fine in a properly remediated house.
