Basements have too much moisture and if a pipe leaks that carpet is toast.

Hi Everyone,I am finishing up the inspection period on a duplex in Minneapolis and there are a decent amount of health and safety issues including mold/moisture in the occupied unit.

They get scratched, liquid spills will cause it to bow, over time they start bowing just because of general moisture in the air.

Could be rotten wood due to moisture issue.
