What Unique Platforms and Technologies do you Offer?

I've seen places like that near downtown where the area looks sketchy but those modern type homes and townhomes are starting to be built here and there.

Have any credit card processing, technology,  or marketing tips?

The other homes had not been remolded for decades but we proposed doing a modern renovation and the board approved of it, started off shaky at first but as time went on I think they realized we were trying to help the neighborhood and build a beautiful home.Definitely think talking to the board beforehand and getting to know people face to face helped a lot in this deal.Here are the numbers:$170,000 Purchase Price$8,000 Closing Cost$4,000 Holding Cost$75,000 Renovation (new: roof, siding, windows, front porch, back deck, HVAC, floors, kitchen, two baths, trim, paint, doors)$20,000 Selling Costs$315,000 Sale Price$38,000 profit.Some pictures, more can be seen on my website: kenbuyshouses.net

-Updating the flooring & painting entire home made the home more modern and able to get higher rent amount-Using outbuilding for our storage saves us from having to rent storage unit.

I have no problem with that, although typically they are not the best on the technology end.

It has overall been a good experience as they were there for some years and have been pretty grateful with a new owner whom is looking to improve the home and has more modern ways of communication/rent with cozy.

I looked into apartment buildings to buy or build (using prefab technology), or should I go with buying residential homes in different markets?

Put in nicer appliances, some modern tech tools such as smart detectors and thermostats.

I would also add that modern mobile homes are pretty energy efficient.
