I just Honorably discharged from the Marine Corps.

I financed a commercial property for a young marine who got into power washing/cleaning the hoods & fire protection systems over the cooking stations in restaurants etc.He had developed a niche market with very little competition & carried the necessary certification to post for the respective health dept., inspectors.The work had to be done whenever the establishments kitchen were closed so it was usually a lot of early mornings/late nights.

This is in a good area just down the street from the Miramar marine air base, the area has many options for warehouse space.Depending on location requirements you can check out chula vista, east county (lakeside, ramona)

Hi Oliver,  I'm new to BP but work as an agent/investor in the real estate industry here in Marin County.

Im currently in the marine corps and I want to make wholesaling a part time job and eventually full time when I get out of the military, I hope to hear from some wholesalers around the country and even in my local area!

I currently have a full-time job being Active Duty in the Marine Corps.

Especially young sailors and marines.  

I am an active duty (13+ years) Marine, a landlord, and a tenant so this is from my experience.

I have also started a local MeetUp group here in Marin County to hopefully meet with other investors in the area and share info.
