Think I've thought through most of the logistics but mainly asking this question to see if there's anything I might not be thinking of or see if anyone else here has experienced something similar and what you did? 

There are several companies that already call Kansas City home, such as Hallmark, Cerner, Sprint, and XPO Logistics.

While I understand that's a very scary thing to deal with at first it is not logistically possible for a company running a portfolio of our size to have staff available to make or take a phone call the very moment every bump in the road occurs.
