The speakerphone thing shouldn't be necessary and it could easily be faked if you're really concerned.It sounds a little shady but might be legit.

I'd like to modernize the experience for tenants of the properties so I am concerned with tenant features on the AIO platform e.g.; Turbotenant seems to offer more to tenants with the credit building feature and more options to pay.

However, I still have not utilize everything this platform has to offer there is some much value here!

I am also looking alternative to my current platform.

"Long-Term AirBnb" sounds like an oxymoron tbh - I think they are probably whats now being called "Medium Term Rentals" which is using platforms such as airbnb for stays greater than 30 days but less than a traditional 12-month lease.I'd check out the Medium Term Rentals forum here on BiggerPockets and the book on MTR published last year in the bookstore for more info!

I’m sure it’s not 100%  but I’d be happy if it’s a legit company and not a scam.  

Many times, people just set the property up and list it online...some even avoid Airbnb if they know the city/county is watching the platform...and then quietly run a STR in a very illegal area.
