Hi everyone, I'm looking to jump into the STR game since the market has been crazy.

My partner & I are hostiing a cashflow game with realtors on the Northside on 8 January. 

The whole life insurance game is a lot of smoke and mirrors in my opinion with no real explanations on where your money goes.

New to the game, and I’m hoping to find a little direction from experienced investors.I’m located in South Louisiana.

Trying to outsource too early in the game is not gonna work.

We are starting late in the game, but have no doubt we can achieve our goals.

I've been doing this for way too long & I know how this game works - I've played on both sides for years.

The real estate game is called buy & hold.
