Climate control NRSF is typically between 2-5 fpp; while the non climate control old outdated facilities make up the balance (7-10 fpp) and tip the scales well beyond the 7’ pp rule of thumb. 

I am banging my head against a wall trying to figure out how to best scale.

Having a property management service that is connected to its communities but still offers speed and scale and oversight and efficiency is incredibly difficult, but I believe it can be done.

I am in the beginning stages so I am unsure how to scale and market my services.

We are seeing if this is an option as we have ourselves in a scaling-up phase - we have purchased a commercial property local to us and are borrowing from our retirement to do so, with the intent of paying back with the possible sale of this home.  

Currently, I have one LTR and aim to scale my portfolio while maintaining my day job.

We will be absentee investor/owners but of course will travel to the markets when necessary. 2) We are particularly interested in C-grade homes/condos located in B-grade neighbourhoods. 

Having any opinion about a tenant is not healthy and it does not scale.
