People value the payoff of real estate and investing, so I post my numbers, analysis and all the great tips that my businesses have profited from.

I had such a great time last winter riding an adventure bike (motorcycle) all the way down to the southern tip last winter (which is summer there) that we want to go back and spend some time in Chile and Argentina this winter.

Now in our hang over we want to wag a finger and blame blame blame.

Not a bad place to be actually but as far as passing on the business doubtful the kids will work their fingers to the bone as their parents did and will just let it slip away and spend on whatever.

Also, great tip to study the rent with a microscope to determine the actual potential!!
