A nice 2 BR unit (see below) can get up to $1250 from a section 8 tenant and is guaranteed money from the government.

I think HUD still has a “first look” or right-of-first-refusal program for some local governments, and nonprofit organizations to purchase foreclosed homes. 

Daniel Caraway I don’t know anything about the process, but I have been asked about being a 203k contractor, it is nothing really but fully insured and credible.
