Usually they just consolidate and package information you could find on the internet for free.

I have been working to consolidate all my mortgages to 1-2 lenders.

Do you think you will consolidate just into Evernote or keep them separate?

Finding a portfolio lender so i can consolidate the mortgages/not sure how feasible this is5. other things I may not have considered as a newbie.I am in the Greater NYC area now but have lived in philly in the past and now looking to relocate early 2021.

I believe you can group LLCs and consolidate tax submissions but I don't know enough about that to speak about the pros/cons or how to do it.

Was there over 11 years as a faithful employee.The company was consolidating positions.

Once I hit the right sized investment portfolio, my hope is to trade up into a large apartment building (50 units+) for a more reliable, consolidated investment.
