I’ve been compiling some new build costs around Wichita to see how effective a build and hold approach might be.

My idea of how it would work is they would tell me their parameters, and I'd compile a list of who those match best with.

It compiles all the data into a spreed sheet for further analysis

As of right now I Drive for dollars 3 times a week and am compiling a list.

But, all the filing procedures and information can be compiled and stored however the courts want it.

This will be my first development, and I am compiling as much information as I can to see if the numbers work.

The entire complex compiled on day 1.
