They do have excellent scope of work and floor plans to make the flipping easy but they only give access to this after 3months  of the coaching ( which happens to be when the gold package mentoring ends) and charge about what BP charges each year for membership each month.

I think being in the High School Band really helped her because she had such a good coach.

It can often be very empowering to hire one to coach you through the basics.

I invested in a couple educational courses (most was $169) early on, but not paid coaching.  

Then you guys argue with them about how " you heard it on a podcast/coach so it can't be wrong/ they are being negative and need to stop and apologize/ its different in your area/ or you won't make the same mistakes as other out of states investors.

Also, be careful with all the guru, mentor, coach, latest terminology...they are generally old principles re-written with new phrases to sell books and courses.

As a wise Arkansas oil man (who came into a large metropolitan city in TX and bought a professional football team simultaneously firing the long-time beloved head coach like a government takeover in a third world latin country) said, you need to "keep (some of) your powder dry" for the next opportunity that presents itself.
