You should be OK with "Jane Doe"Magistrate court is pretty forgiving and not as stick as circuit court.I have properties in an LLC, I'll often just put my name down as owner with no issues on evictions.

Having a low credit score shouldn’t be a deal breaker especially if she has zero/low debt (prime example: Dave Ramsey types would be and ideal tenant with low credit score).

.- 30 day min rentals (the deal breaker)- In person check-ins (additional expense or at minimum a time investment)- Noise monitoring devices required (a small expense, but this one I agree with)- Max heads in beds (although reasonable at 2 adults per room)- Posting a contact number in bold for the public to see (100% need to pay for cameras and an alarm if this one passes, that sign might as well read "rob this house").I'm all for regulation, I just hope they don't "government the crap outta this" and in an attempt to control isolated incidents, make a system overly complicated and expensive, therefore no longer profitable to the small guy.

Nevermind that it had been there for nearly a decade and spanned multiple rafters making it unlikely to fall unless the roof fell as well.This tenant also learned an $80 lesson about flipping breaker switches after being told 7-8 times that it was likely a breaker issue and saying that they had flipped the switch.

Sometimes that solves the problem:- use of plunger- test circuit breakers, bulbs, etc- close shut off valvesI also require tenants to coordinate scheduling appointments with the professionals so I don't have to get in the middle of it.
