i agree justin...all i'm saying is the attorney's closing table is not the right time/place in my opinion, if i do decide to show how that 50,000 she sees is not what i get...sadly though, i probably won't ever have another chance, so when the guy's wife gave me the cold stare, i just brushed it off, shook their hand and left with my check.

They have a nice solid wood countertop that is inexpensive and can be cut to size then simply brush on some oil based clear coat to protect it.

I can't tell you how many times I would pick up 6 packs of rollers, paint brushes, hand tools, etc that were free after mail in rebate.

I see that painting with to broad a brush.

But to paint with that wide of a brush would just be an ignorant thing for me to say.

We used cabinet enamel to paint the cabinets with a combination of small roller and brush, and sealed it with a poly. 

They failed because they weren't "Turnkey" themselves, they brushed that off to Ocean Point which we saw/heard from is terrible.I believe, going forward he no longer uses them/create his on property management team. 

(BTW we could see flames of the brush fire from my place for several days and temp was around 110). 

For example, say the toilet is clogged up, the owner calls a plumber and they snake the line and recover a tooth brush of the tenant.
