@Matt HigginsAs someone in the medical field (pharmacist) I can tell you that the coronavirus is a big public health issue but one that I doubt will rattle the global markets permanently.

She said she was let go due to her being out too much due to health issues in October 2019.

Basically it dictates that such a structure would only need to address items related to health and safety.  

If you can get the property rented back quickly and they pay for their move out costs, personally I would let me out of the lease since they have been a good tenant and health isn't something they can control.

Take it one day a time, take care of your mental health and take care of you.

Ok so here’s the deal...A high school friend of mine down on his luck (stroke victim, divorce, health issues, etc) is nearing achievement of obtaining disability due to health issues.

Under the same condition you hire a RE lawyer and innocent or guilty your going to have a crying wife, a ruined year, and even possible health problems from the degree of injustice felt, plus the degree of insult from being a victim of this carefully engineered theft. 

Some states can be fairly strict due to health and safety concerns.

It was hard to balance my time with my wife/family, work, friends, and personal health.

College and cubicles are not the true paths to wealth, health, or happiness.
