I agree, it will come with knowledge and skills, not just RE skills, social skills, the skill of persuasion, analytical skills and intuition, that's really tough to teach.That's what a teacher is suppose to do, make the student think, if you can then great, making them think in the right direction is a real trick, especially in RE.I'm not going to hammer away at guru stuff in this thread, if people are interested in my opinions they aren't hard to find.

Computer Science equals Software Engineering, QA Testing, Data Analytics pretty much everything you are doing on a computer at work.

I am an introvert, highly analytical engineer and I have done over $13M worth of real estate transactions in the past 10 years.

The better use of your time is in acquisitions or management of your growing portfolio, such as is needed to scale.You will, however, gain from your time spent in a real estate program in terms of networking, and training your brain to be analytical with real estate specific terminology.

There are other programs like it, but I think it was one of the first that took "big data analytics" to a higher level than MS Excel.

These questions are usually complex, seemingly different, and we have a tendency to answer them with feelings and mantras, but not real analytics.

I would like inputs from BP community to develop and refine the system such that multi-family property owners and property managers can get useful analytics.

Definitely a lot to be excited about, but the over-analytical engineer part of me is making entry difficult.

I'm a very analytical person, when I was reviewing the screenshots in the program,  they were time and date stamped.
