I think travel nurses is an obvious choice for a property near the hospital but I think Airbnb is more lucrative as there are people traveling for surgeries, family who want a place to gather when they have a loved one in the hospital, etc that a duplex by the hospital could really provide a need for.

Without a pic of the faucet, I have no judgment on that decision, but if showing excessive corrosion and/or age of plastic components, depending on overall condition of the unit I will likely change as well.
