Than how do I accurately charge for my labor I'm not a professional painter?

I am a painter so I could have been out $200 in supplies and 3 days labor.

CList is FLOODED with lots of random/shady ads where it seems many/most of the listers offering services (ie, painters) only want to be contacted by 'anonymous email'.what i look for is at least a business number, if it is a business offering a product/service!
