Thanks for the feedback, I certainly have been very fortunate to have the job that I have had and it has made a lot of this possible, its kind of like investing with a net, I was able to take a lot of the risks that I did because in the back of my mind I always knew that no matter what I had a stable income coming in that mitigated a lot of my risk.

This is good news because we need to get into the next phase of the project as soon as we can.post 18 - electricalWith the project gaining a little momentum by having multiple crews on site, I was pleased to see some more progress today with the electricians beginning work on the main floor and the mechanical work complete on one house.By the time I made it to site the electricians had already put up all the housings for the 4 inch LED pot lights.
