How to get a loan for someone in the cannabis industry

Hello BP Network - First off I do not consider myself personally 'in' the cannabis industry, I own a creative agency that has been successful building out cannabis related websites, we don't touch the plant or products, etc. All is online. When applying for a mortgage with a broker I was surprised to learn no one would lend to me due to my website. I have good credit, business is growing past 5yrs, pay taxes, however I am running into this issue and would love some ideas from the community. Thank you!

A hard money lender here in California recently gave me a flier that specifically promoted their willingness to lend on pot, so apparently it's a thing! Keep looking around in Colorado. :)
