Does anyone know of something, other than MS Project, that will create Gantt charts of the plan (or, more technically correct, the work breakdown structure)?

It varies but it's very easy in MS and TN to buy under $100k. 

We still have a great school here (Mississippi Women's University) and obviously the base provides much of the business for the surrounding area and neither one of those are going anywhere.

If you are going to create a database, why not just use MS Office?

I actually just got licensed in Mississippi and I wasn't aware that you could pull equity lists from the MLS.
