I came across a facebook page on real estate investing & it caught my attention to where i spent 6 hrs watching videos & reading about it . i am in the process of buying my real estate agent license , will that help me ?

I also watched a youtube video sometime that Brandon did about evaluating a rental.

There are also lot of editing software products that will allow you to add the text to the videos. 

There's also YouTube videos on it.
