Are public adjusters worth it?
Hi all,
Last month a property of mine had a fire occur in the attic (Video: http://abc30.com/house-fire-in-east-central-fresno-leaves-3-without-home/3626330/). I called up the insurance company and they sent out their adjuster and he's giving me an 80k estimate I don't exactly trust. I'm curious about the community's personal experiences with public adjusters here. Have you guys found they're usually an asset or a scam? Also any additional advice is of course welcome.
