For management, they are salary based plus a small commission when they hit a certain amount on a monthly basis, one GM that will run everything during the day, and one AGM during the night, there is one night audit person (8/10 hour shift) that will do the paperwork reporting for the previous day as well as do late checkins.

Stations used to not be full, then they'd be full by 8, now it's closer to 7 if not earlier... and it's standing room only from about the first few stops.I guess where I'm going with this ramble is that this commute sucks and people will continue to go all in to live as close to work as they can...when I go to Chicago I stay out by ORD  and I take the train in from Rosemont.. its standing room only those folks learn to live with it and its bumper both ways every day as well.. it just is what it is..

there freedom number is the 5k fee they make on each deal.. end of story.. but unlike the companies that are transparent and do a decent job like.MaverickHartmanNorada Hipsterreal wealth network.and now roofstockthose folks at least you know up front they are brokers and they have time in the business and they vette their ground partners and try their best to give good value for their clients.. even then we all can't be perfect at the end of the day a tenant can go bonkers and it reflects poorly on everyone.but this is just out and out incredible.. it really is..
