I am like you, try to stay on the cutting edge of technology as I believe if you do not you will be left behind, especially in the real Estate industry.  

Network and try to find a mentor in these groups or wherever you can to help guide you through this industry.

Im sure its unavoidable at times since things can happen last minute but whats the industry standard for verifying a property is still on track to be auctioned a day or two before the scheduled date?

And an entire universe was built in the financial industry.

I feel I do a better job than any local property management company and I'm much better at hiring tradespeople, making certain they do a great job and by being the decision-maker I'm responsible with my money and am learning A LOT about every facet of the industry. 

It lays the foundation for the student to develop an understanding of real estate, the industry, and the theory of private property.  

To give you an idea of how it change the Real Estate industry, the law contributed to the elimination of the capital gains tax differentials, the increase in the period for writing off taxes for depreciable real estate, and the limitation of the deductions of passive investment losses.

So if a mentor for any industry charged you $50,000 to mentor you but you were able to make $250,000 from what you learned would that still be overly expensive?
