I agree with @Dan Mackin that COS is a good prospect for long term buy and hold, given the diversity and growth estimates, but I'd suggest Fountain / Security as a starting place for you, not knowing anything beyond the fact that you are serving this great nation (and THANK YOU, sir, for that!).

Over time of building a relationship with them, you'll hear the good, bad and ugly.I don't think it's smart to jump into any major commitment without a reasonably long period of relationship building and regular contact.I'm not a fan of those large national turn-key property providers marketing everywhere.

WHO is your tenant base is it local,regional, or national industrial type tenants?

If a high profile bubble like LA bursts, it will make national news and the rest of us will start to follow.

Our PM company recently mentioned that they had just found this amazing software that allowed them to do national criminal and eviction searches.... transunion smart move!
