haha Nevermind about that last rant part above haha1 Call was weird woman like really sketched out... it was strange, she would ask a simple one worded answer question, id answer "yes" or whatever then she would be silent for like 20 seconds haha the do it again. 1 Call which turned into a possible lead.. which Im going to look at his house on Wed... is a gentlemen named Jack who is 80 and was telling me about his beautiful house and wife. haha it was awesome.

I swear, once they made me DISPROVE a dental bill for some woman whose name wasn't even close to mine, I hadn't been married yet, and she had the dental work done in San Jose, where I've never been and don't know anyone from there!

Like I said if they don't have time to mow the yard I don't see how they'd have time to pick out paint colors and paint (and do a good job with it.)The "man of the house" might have mowing responsibilities, whereas the "woman of the house" will probably have the decorating responsibilities - at least as to making choices (the man might still be the one doing the application of paint onto the walls, and if a lazy or careless type ... just think of the lawn's condition).
