I travel with my primary job and a physician informed me about BP!

I am in NYC, but I travel back to Buffalo often for friends and fam.   

Greer, Spartanburg, Traveler's Rest, etc ...

I normally put in my analysis a travel budget of 500-700 bucks (you could do it for way less -  see Spirit Airlines......it wont be fun but it will get your there...someday!)

Except I bought a single family and rented out the two spare bedrooms with Airbnb to travel nurses.

However, being that I am new, I was looking to these frameworks/guidelines as principles for every market with the understanding they may not hold true everywhere.Great to see you are PHX area, I travel there periodically and was raised in the area so I have a general sense of what the locales are like. 

I was involved in a travel plaza that was at completion 15 million. 

Online Travel Agents: intermediaries that take bookings but don't have the inventory.

That's my  WHY  Plus I love to travel I get bored sitting around.
