I currently have enough capital to complete ~75% of the project but would prefer not to use up all my cash so I have been reaching out to hard money new construction lenders.Been tough to get some traction… any ideas?

Lots of people set out to be wholesalers, spend a month or two marketing and never get any traction and eventually give up.

Unfortunately, both sites are pretty much the google of booking STR, but direct is still the best even though it's a minute to get the traction going.  

I voted up Steve's post since public record is where you can get the most traction.

If engineered flooring gains traction here I will "give the people what they want"

There was talk of having it be a crude oil gateway, but that has not gained traction yet.

Post some pics and updates once you get some traction. 

Some posts really gain traction, and before you know it hundreds of people are connected and sharing their knowledge.

Hi Linda, I did get some traction with Wells Fargo...Looks like folks are having luck with Union Bank as well but I haven't contacted them yet...
