You need to see if the surrounding market also implements RUBS on top their rent already.

Could be a good partnership with someone, but a lot of ifs surrounding whether the government employees would pay to use the parking lot or not..

She gets to socialize with kids and adults more than kids that are strapped down to a chair all day surrounded by other kids listening to a lecture.
