I wish i would have bought some land at Aurora state.. we bought a Hanger condo.. but it was for our airplane and STUFF lots of STUFF.Aurora since they got the tower is exploding.. and suspect you want one big enough for a Jet or turbo prop ??

We have no satellite TV service, just streaming.They just upgraded the 2 pair so now 24mb might be doable, but I need to check.I would love to have 100mb or more but it isn't really necessary for streaming and most other stuff like gaming.

Nothing in Tampa, although I did consider investing there in recent years.One pain point is going to be doing a remote closing if you want to do that.For Florida you will need wet signed papers for part of the transaction (title transfer), so you'll need to get a US notarization from the embassy, and then physically mail stuff to the US (overnight air mail).
