Slowed down for me as I transitioned from sales to working Remote and moving into our first home together (no not a house hack), which provided me the ability to be with my wife and future family more regularly than traveling the Western 13 states for the past two years.

To me it's just semantics...I'm not too worried about what they call me as long as I focus on keeping my business running smoothly, In my opinion, you have a good newbie "problem" on your hands...I anticipate the problems get worse as time goes on :) Good luck on your journey!

Im in a similar situation with a municipality, but if you are able to cover health insurance through the service, that makes the transition out of the traditional W-2 much more feasible and also covers all of your bases.
