Hello BP.. My name is Nathan Buchheit. I’ve been a BP member for almost a year now. Was actively listening to podcast and using the tools they have to offer regularly for the first eight months. Slowed down for me as I transitioned from sales to working Remote and moving into our first home together (no not a house hack), which provided me the ability to be with my wife and future family more regularly than traveling the Western 13 states for the past two years. Anyways, it’s time to get my first post out here and get back into the swing of things. Been around real estate investing since I was six and saw how it has impacted my parents lives and what’s to come from the hard work they did 20 years ago. I have a property of my own that has $60k worth of equity. Next will be getting myself into the Olympia area monthly meetings. Getting going on getting my realtors license and dive into more podcasts while looking for the next deal. Ideally, multi-family. Thanks for your time!
