The greed and stupidity is no less present now than it was then.True, people are always greedy and financially, the masses are stupid, but there needs to be an environment for them to showcase that greed and stupidity, which does't exist now due to regulations.

Then it was the likes of 3Com and Sun Microsystems and HP that were the hot companies oh also there was Silicon Graphics, Siebel Systems, Peoplesoft and Sybase.

But when I do launch my new website its purpose from my end is simply I guess more of a brag piece more than anything.. we have built some pretty cool housing tracks and some super neato Period homes in Charleston and moderns in Portland that I  would like to showcase.. and other land developments we are doing and have an interest in.. that look great from google maps I love google maps. 

It really showcases a few things about real estate, starting with how many different ways people invest in it and subsequently what their views might be on a certain issue for starters.

If your marketing materials showcase the property well, they walk in and it lives up to what they saw online, that’s enough for some folks to make their decision.
