Hello, I'm working on a few projects and am looking for seed money.

So if everyone can agree, noon or 1pm at the Pinewood Social or Acme Feed and Seed.

We did a new kitchen (granite, cabinets, appliances), all new bath fixtures and tile, solid hardwood floors, new carpet, new vinyl windows, brand new heat pump, water heater and 90% new plumbing, new lights, fans, and hardware, interior/exterior paint, built 12x12 deck, landscaping, repaired extensive wood rot and termite damage, termite treatment and bond, graded and seeded yard, reinsulated and lined crawl space.

Hi Biggerpockets community, aside from the basics, what tips and tricks / life hacks have you employed to raise seed capital for your investments in the past/present?

I am a 19 year old college student studying computer engineering and I am hoping to plant the seeds to a bright future with real estate. 

What is left in the Roth is seed money for Future deals that is tax free forever.

Sounds like in this case the women had no idea, so I don't think should be attacking them, but he has to be disturbed IMO.If we were to stop a life before conception, you never know what the future heirs of that life may do, they could be a mass murderer or they could be someone who saves your great-gandkids life from a burning house, saving your seed on this earth...no way to know.
