Hey Scott,I took the TT intro course, bought the training, and attended one of their three-day workshops.Prior to enrolling, I searched for lien/deed training courses and TT has an excellent SEO manager, so I ended up going that route. 

I would spend the time educating yourself on what a good PM looks like, then searching diligently until one is located.You can't ask all the questions I list.

Your seller disclosure also looks better when you can check the boxes stating the work was completed with permits when it’s time for resale.

I just did a quick search of rentals in Kirland with 1,750 - 2,500 sq.ft.

They will normally charge you for desk space, using their printer, support from them and their office staff, Etc....Then there are MLS fees, Lock Box fees, Continuing Education costs, and the basic costs of running your own business.

Think outside the box and become your greatest asset.

If you search you will find that most cities have groups specifically oriented towards vacation rentals.
