Your RE agent should also be able to pull comps for you as well and you can take a look at the pics from when the properties where listed.You will also want to be evaluating these properties from the proper perspective.

Post it on craigslist with great pics.

They don't archive it, microfiche it, scan it...it's GONE.

Once I look at it and take pics I will show pics and the info I have to see what everyone thinks if they will help.

I like how you can quickly adjust the size of font and move the text anywhere in the pic that you would like.
