If you're going to go with C class building just make sure that you are rewarded for that and also plan for higher vacancy, turn over costs etc.

I know being a landlord is no easy task but can be rewarding also.

It is nice if you can work with someone local, but that is not always the best option.Rather than geography, i recommend you evaluate providers based on:Plan types offered as being suitable for your goals; custodial processing services, checkbook IRA LLC or checkbook Solo 401(k)Expertise, time in business, etc.Accessibility of support both during and following plan setupFeesCustomer ratings/recommendations

That number seems to cover any unforeseen expenses and still walk away with a good risk/reward.

I have mentored others and find it to be very rewarding.   

You can always find war zone stuff were the numbers are skewed but they are skewed for risk / reward.

I can see how finding a way to reward yourself after finding success can be motivating.

Like I mentioned, I am a developer/rehabber so most of my expertise comes into that side of REI but I am quite experienced in all aspects of REI so I will try my best to give you the best answers I possibly can.

Using our PST, shares of our company are rewarded to the employees, which is pretty awesome as this is my first PST program I've been able to take a part in.
