My overall reading, though, is that values will remain the same for the vast majority of residential property owners.This is also a good time to remind everyone, especially out-of-state investors, that Texas is a non-disclosure state, meaning that owners of homes and other properties are not required to disclose what they paid for the property.

You reminded me that when I set specific and firm goals for myself in the past that I have done things which others told me I couldn't or shouldn't, like buy my first home at the age of 22 (my goal was 21, but I was close!).

I provide 1 years worth of filters and send reminders and some tenants still won't change it.

It reminds me of when you're selling a house, and for whatever reason, it sits.

I have to put a reminder on my google calendar every year for each property to call Directv to lower the price.
