I think that if I had put my W2 on hold I could have pushed out the units in 7 of long hours. 

I want to be apart of the change in these areas where gentrification is pushing out the people that have lived in communities for years but can now no longer afford it. 

Full disclosure, I had a fair amount of experience prior to getting on the forums, but what really pushed my business over the edge was this community which for me was a sounding board, mentor, mentee and fantastically unorthodox education.

People being priced out of there have pushed north so you could consider this potentially in the path of progress.

You have to push it hard and continuously in the same direction to get it moving, but once it is moving if you keep applying the same force in the same direction it will move faster and faster and faster!
